Dr. Bacquet starts your Invisalign treatment by taking x-rays and impressions of your teeth that will be used to create a 3-D image. This picture will be used to map out a customized treatment plan tailored for your specific needs. You will be able to see a virtual representation of what your teeth will look like after treatment so you know exactly what to expect. 

A set of clear, custom-made aligners will then be created based on our specifications. Simply wear the aligners every day for at least 22 hours, removing them when you need to eat, brush, and floss. Approximately every two weeks, you will switch to the next set of aligners and watch as they gradually and gently move your teeth into their proper position.

Choosing Invisalign Treatment

There are many reasons to choose treatment with Invisalign aligners. One advantage Invisalign has over other types of orthodontics is that the aligners are removable. This means you can keep on eating and drinking what you want, and brushing and flossing are easier than with metal braces. Just remember to brush and floss before putting your aligners back in!
